Aeroplan eStore Adds 20 new Retailers

With all the negativity surrounding Aeroplan lately, it is always nice to see some positive news. Aeroplan has a shopping portal called eStore. Shopping portals are ways to earn bonus miles and points through online purchases. For instance, if you happen to want to buy something from Michael Kors, instead of going to the physical store or online, you can go through a shopping portal like Aeroplan’s eStore. The eStore redirects you to the same Michael Kors website, when you proceed with making your purchase online, you will earn bonus Aeroplan miles for something that you were going to buy anyway. Furthermore, double dip when there are 3x or even 5x the bonus miles earning opportunities.

Below is a list of 20 newly added retailers to the Aeroplan eStore. The more options the more miles we can collect!

  • Ancestry.ca
  • Aveda
  • Barneys New York

  1. Hi Mat

I got a lot of points using the estore but some retailers such as LL Bean never creditted my points. It is also quite a hassle to try to get them after. Some were really good specially during the 5x promotions.

    Just saying

    1. Try using different browsers that does not have ad-block. Also, you may want to clear your cookies before making a purchase, because it can cause confusion to the portal.

  2. Completely agree. I gave up on them. Such a huge hassle trying to get uncredited points.

    1. It can be a pain. I would not make a purchase just to earn the extra miles, but I would still try the portal anyway. If it works, it is a bonus in my mind!

  3. I have to agree. This portal has become extremely flakey. I used to use it all the time but now it takes forever to get the points, if at all. I have switched over 100% to Ebates.

    1. I will also add that it took 4 months for them to get back to my request for missing miles! Embarrassing!
The phone number is not a dedicated line for the store either, just the general Aeroplan one.
