Air Inuit has its own frequent flyer program called the Isaruuk Reward Program. You can earn points every time you fly with Air Inuit. Isaruuk Rewards points transfers are available only and may be done. If you decide to make a points transfer, there will be a 500 points transfer fee per transaction which is taken directly from the member’s account balance

You can only complete point transfers in 1,000 point increments, 1,000 points being the minimum.

For every dollar spent on an Air Inuit flight, you will earn 1 point for a Y class fare. If you book a Y class fare, you will earn 100% of the qualified points. Isarruk Rewards tickets will not cover taxes, fuel surcharges, departure fees, security charges and other government imposed fees.

In order to find out how many points are necessary for a flight or merchandise, you can use the base Y class fare without taxes, divide it by 0.025 and this will give you the amount of points needed to fly free. Of course, taxes and fuel surcharges apply on top.

Terms and Conditions

Isarruuk Rewards membership terminated upon the death of the member, which means no points can be inherited from a family member. An Isarruuk awards flight must be booked seven days before the travel date or the member can be refused the issuance of the ticket. An Isarruuk awards flight can be booked under any individual’s name as per the submission of the Isarruuk member.

Change fees for an awards flight is $50 CAD per ticket and may not be paid with Isarruuk Rewards points. There will be no deposit fee available for members if the flight needs to be cancelled.

Branding

Isarruuk means wings in Inuktitut, which is meant to give travelers wings. In 2012, Air Inuit has rebranded themselves becoming a more smart and stylish airline

Air Inuit becomes the air travel service for fourteen communities in the Nunavik region. It links travelers from remote communities in southern Canada and even further. If you’re looking to experience the Inuit culture, be sure to jump on one of these flights. Since June 2015, Air Inuit flights are now offering Bannock, a traditional Inuit bread dish on their inflight meal service.
