Top Credit Card Higher than Normal Sign Up Bonuses for November 2022

BMO preemptively extended the deadline of their personal card offers until the summer of 2023.
HSBC extended their offers to the end of February 2023.
Scotiabank extended their offers and increased some sign up bonuses.
TD changed up their TD First Class offer, as well as increased its annual fee.
RBC extended their offers throughout end of fall and into the beginning of 2023. The only card that will not make it to next month’s list is the RBC Cathay Pacific offer. Furthermore, two new RBC offers (Ion cards) have been added to the list.

Top Credit Card for Purchasing Groceries (updated on October 21, 2022)

I cannot believe that it has been over 6 years since we last updated this post. So we are way overdue for an update. Furthermore, with the way inflation has been going, who does not want to reduce their credit card bill?

First of all, I recommend signing up for free loyalty programs affiliated with groceries to rack up rewards for spending, along with watching for sales. Then triple dip with using a credit card that gives a higher multiplier bonus when shopping at grocery stores.

Current 10% and Above Cash Back Offers for October 2022

For this month, the Tangerine extended their offer till mid November. The HSBC offers are up next to expiry. Lastly, the American Express SimplyCash Preferred Card is now taken off the permanent offers. The is another reminder that permanent offers can be terminated at any point in time, versus temporary offers that have a known expiry date.

For this month’s list, most of the TD offers were extended to the beginning of January, while most of the RBC offers were pushed till the end of October. The HSBC offers are coming to an end before next month’s list, so if you have been contemplating signing up, now is as good as time as any to go for them. Furthermore National Bank added two new offers that expire in January.

For this round, the two Tangerine card offers end the month. Also, the CIBC permanent 10% sign up bonus cash back offer has discontinued, so they were taken off this list.
