[PROMOTION] 400 Points with BMO WWF-Canada AIR MILES MasterCard (expired on October 31, 2014)
BMO is offering a new credit card all the WWF-Canada Air Miles MasterCard. Below are the highlights of the credit card:
- No annual fee
- Earn 400 sign up bonus after your first purchase (if you sign up before
October 31, 2014) - Earn 1 point for every $20 spent on all purchases.
There isn’t too much great about this card aside from the 400 sign up bonus points and the no annual fee. The earning ratio is in line with all the other no annual fee Air Miles credit cards. However, you don’t even get a spending bonus at Air Mile sponsors.
If you are looking to pad your points, this a great sign up promotion to take advantage of. I am still waiting for Air Miles to reverse its decision of having their points expire after 5 years they were deposited (regardless of any activity).
Furthermore, most, if not all, of the Air Miles rewards have increase in the number of points required for redemption. However, the earning ratios on the credit cards have not gotten much better. Until then, I will still collect points at sponsors, but I will not be collecting Air Miles with any of their credit cards.
