Amazon Credit Card Temporarily Withdrawn

I recently wrote a post about the new MBNA Amazon.ca Visa card, but it seems to it has been temporarily withdrawn. This is the message that you will see on their website:

“We’re sorry, but the application for this card is temporarily unavailable. Please check back later.”

Maybe a glitch in the system? Maybe the card was too popular and overloaded the system? They realize that it was too good of a deal?

Either way, will try to do some digging to find out what’s going on.
