I was recently asked on TV what my favourite loyalty program was. I realize that I did not give a direct answer. In my About Us section, I do list a few current favourite programs, such as Aeroplan, American Express Membership Rewards, Best Western Rewards, RBC Rewards and Starwood Preferred Guest.

Is the $699 Annual Fee Worth it for the Canadian American Express Platinum Card

The American Express Platinum Card has the second most expensive annual fee out of all the credit cards in Canada, though an argument can be made due to the American Express Centurion Card. First place goes to the American Express AeroplanPlus Reserve Card.

American Express Gold Rewards Card still going strong

The American Express Gold Rewards Card is one of my top 3 favourite credit cards in Canada. The features I like best is the ability to transfer my points to partners, generous sign up bonus, great earning ratios on spending, comprehensive travel insurance coverage and first year fee waived.

Reaching the $5,000 Minimum Spend on the AMEX Business Gold Rewards Card

The American Express Business Gold Rewards Card has a very strong sign up bonus for Membership Rewards points going on, but a steep spend requirement in place. Today, I will suggest some strategies on how to achieve the minimum spend requirement.
