[PROMOTION] VIA Rail’s Discount Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, VIA Rail launches its weekly promotions, mostly on last minute trips. The offer applies to the Escape fares on select routes in Economy and Sleeper class across the country. The offer is only valid for 48 hours, so you will need to make your purchase before 11:59pm and 59 seconds (Easter Standard Time) on July 17, 2015.
The tickets are valid between Saturday, June 20 and Friday, June 26, 2015 for the Québec City-Windsor corridor, as well as between Saturday, June 20 and Friday, July 17, 2015 on the long-haul trains. Tickets are non-refundable, but exchangeable for a 50% service charge or a minimum of $20.
These offers vary from week to week, so I don’t usually post every single Tuesday, but this time around, they have some pretty decent offers. The promotion is valid on the following routes (valid for both directions) and I have highlighted some of the more significant promotions:
