[PROMOTIONS] WestJet Flights
Since October 1, 2013, WestJet has an ongoing promotion where you can earn 3x the WestJet dollars on the following flights:
- Montreal – New York (LaGuardia)
- Ottawa – New York (LaGuardia)
- Toronto – Montreal
- Toronto – Ottawa
- Toronto – New York (LaGuardia)
You must already be enrolled in the WestJet Rewards program before booking your flight. Furthermore, depending on which tier you are, you earn will earn more dollars. For example, members who earn at a rate of 1% back on WestJet flights will earn 3% back with this offer, while members who currently earn 2.5% back on WestJet flights will earn 7.5% back with this offer. There does not appear to be an end-date for this promotion, so I would take advantage of it while you can because we never know when the promotions will end.
On a separate promotion, travel before April 30, 2014 and you can earn 5X WestJet dollars on the following non-stop flights between:
- Fort St. John – Vancouver
- Fort St. John – Calgary
- Terrace – Vancouver
- Winnipeg – Regina
- Winnipeg – Saskatoon
Again, you must already be a WestJet Rewards member at the time of the booking. Same idea as the promotion above, members who earn at a rate of 1% back on WestJet flights will earn 5% back with this offer; while members with current earn rate of 2.5% back on WestJet flights will earn 12.5% back with this offer. This is a fairly lucrative offer if you can take advantage of the promotion.
